How It All Started

Old Dallas Mountain Farms began as a simple idea in 2020—just a few chickens, a garden, and a desire to live closer to the land. What started as a hobby quickly grew into something much bigger. We soon found ourselves drawn to Nigerian Dwarf goats, captivated by their quirky personalities, manageable size, and exceptional milk quality.

As we ventured deeper into the world of dairy goats, The Tucker Farm (MOON STATION Goats) played a key role in helping us get started. Their guidance and support set us on the path to raising a high-quality, friendly, and productive herd.

What We Do Today

At Old Dallas Mountain Farms, we specialize in raising and breeding Nigerian Dwarf goats, with a focus on friendly, bottle-raised kids that are well-socialized and easy to handle. Our goats aren’t just livestock—they’re part of the family.

In addition to our herd, we craft handmade goat milk soap using fresh, farm-produced milk. Our products are made in small batches, ensuring the highest quality while offering skin-nourishing benefits.

Our Herd & Guardians

Our goats enjoy a spacious, enriching environment, where they can climb, play, and thrive. Each member of our herd has a unique personality, and if you follow us, you’ll get to know them through our stories and social media updates.

Keeping watch over the farm are Callie, our mini mare, and Ollie, our mini donkey. They take their roles as protectors seriously—ensuring the safety of our herd while also providing plenty of farmyard entertainment.
